The Attic is a social application for those artists who want to share their knowledge & techniques and take their passion for art a step further. Through this social application, artists will meet other artists, be it of the same style or completely different, and create collaborative artworks in pairs or groups. The app will issue a theme every fortnight and finally the artworks will be exhibited for the next 2 weeks.
This application was entirely developed by us, Artavern. We are a group of 5 creative individuals, possessing knowledge in different areas and having our own techniques and style. We are currently in our final scholastic year (BA Hons in Graphic Design & Interactive Media, 2012-2013). We created The Attic as part of a school project where we had to develop a social application of our choice that would not only connect people through the internet but will also make them socialise with eachother in the real world.
We aim to continue developing the application further and we will take on any comments and suggestions from our subscribers that will help in making the application better!
